To make claims under our 7 Years Warranty, the purchaser must provide:
i. Receipt of the original purchase invoice from Star Resources and Warranty certificate
ii. Satisfactory photographic evidence of defects in tiles purchased
iii. Proof that tiles have been not yet laid or fixed to the surface
iv. That all claims to be submitted within 14 days of purchase
These claims under this warranty will be assessed, Star Resources Tile Wholesalers Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, offer to either (i) replace or repair goods; (ii) supply equivalent goods; (iii) partial refund only.
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and a total of 30% of invoice value will be deducted for restocking fee. All return freight charges to be at the purchaser's expenses. Star Resources Tile Wholesalers Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any unreasonable claims for credit.

Samples requested and sent to clients are sent in effort to assist in product selection. Please note that samples received are not considered to be an exact representation of the products and may vary due to batch difference. They are only used as a general idea of product appearance.
Star Resources assume no responsibility for any errors or perceived misrepresentations resulting from mislabeled or inconsistent product samples. Please be advised that the images and products depicted on the Site are not meant to be exact representations of product appearance and may vary significantly depending on your chosen viewing devices.
Tile Samples & Images
Star Resources Tile Wholesalers Pty Ltd are not liable for any personal injuries or accidents as a result of slipping on tiles under any circumstances.
As a wholesale supplier of tiles, we have no responsibility for the environment in which the tiles will be placed and laid, therefore we are not liable for the suitability of the tiles in the surroundings which they are laid. All customers should be aware of external factors and risks of slippery surfaces under various conditions and are beyond the control of the supplier, as no liability can be accepted for any personal injuries or accidents as a result of slippage.
Important Note
All first grade tiles purchased from Star Resources come with a warranty for the first seven years from the date of purchase from manufacturing defects.
